The role of this employee is managing Gorilla’s non-marketing-related tasks. This includes accounting, bookkeeping, basic HR assistance, office management and executive assistance. Applicants must have excellent organizational skills, be extremely reliable and have the drive to make Gorilla 76 a better place to work.

Tasks and responsibilities

 Accounting /bookkeeping

  • Basic accounting coordination
  • Responsible for general ledger including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and credit card posting\reconciliation
  • Monthly closing

HR assistance

  • Benefit administration
  • Employee onboarding /offboarding
  • Interview scheduling

 Office management

  • Daily office organization including kitchen upkeep
  • Mailroom duties
  • Recycling and paper shredding
  • Vendor and landlord liaison
  • Office supply management
  • Plant watering

Executive assistance

  • Miscellaneous email management for founding partners
  • Award show entry
  • Scheduling for founders
  • Agency event planning

Requirements

  • Meticulous organizational skills
  • Extremely reliable
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Availability to work from our St. Louis office
  • Must have the drive to be great at what you do
