This position focuses on helping our Senior Project Manager direct the agency by executing the tasks and responsibilities detailed below. Our hire must be available to work from our St. Louis office. While not required, previous agency experience is a plus.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Update milestone timelines and budgets by coordinating with Account Coordinators and Strategists
  • Work with Account Coordinators and Strategists on daily project requests
  • Monitor project burn and communicate to Senior Project Manager
  • Keep all task allocations up-to-date and available for capacity review
  • Keep detailed notes on project/task status for post-mortem reviews
  • Assist in organizing supporting documentation of various programs and initiatives

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong strategic thinking on macro and micro levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
  • An understanding of agency tasks and demands
  • Must be a self-starter and go-getter, someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged
  • Availability to work from our St. Louis office
